2012-ben csatlakoztam az Archívumhoz. A tudásfelhalmozás vizsgálata érdekel az archívumi és médiaelméleteken, a tudomány-, filozófia- és értelmiségitörténeten keresztül. Az általános historiográfiával és a hidegháború történetével kapcsolatos elméleti és metodológiai kurzusokat és szemináriumokat tartok. Kurátora voltam az akadémiai könyvtárakkal foglalkozó Bibliotheca – The Future of the Library c. kiállításnak, továbbá szervezője archívumi szemináriumoknak és filmvetítéseknek.
Interdiszciplináris kutató vagyok filológiai, összehasonlító irodalmi és történelmi végzettséggel. Akadémiai előrehaladásom talán jellemző a regionális irodalmi tanulmányokon belül a formalista, kontextust nélkülöző megközelítést meghaladó értelmező paradigmát kereső irodalomtörténészére. A kommunista Románia irodalmi mezőjét vizsgáló disszertációmban a politikai és irodalmi döntések megértésére a szakmai etosz, a transznacionális kapcsolatok és a lehetséges diszkurzív kereteken belüli pozíciófoglalás figyelembevételével tettem kísérletet. A meglátásaimat kiterjesztve jelenleg a Másik percepcióinak összjátékáról szóló könyvön dolgozom, a témát az egymás kölcsönös, hidegháborús megfigyelését szolgáló kognitív rendszereken (Szabad Európa Rádió, titkosrendőrség, értelmiségiek az irodalmi mezőben, a rádió hallgatói) keresztül közelítem meg.
A Blinken OSA Archivumban a célom, hogy a hidegháború és a tudásrendszerek iránti érdeklődésemmel gazdagítsam az Archívumban futó tevékenységeket, részt véve az Archívumi Laboratórium fejlesztésében is. Meglátásom szerint a kutatás, a kurátori tevékenység és az oktatás egymást kiegészítve vesznek részt abban a (személyes és intézményi) törekvésben, amely a történelem feltérképezésére irányul az archívum kognitív lencséin keresztül. Aktívan részt veszek az archívumi projektekben, egyben reflektálva is azok alapvető episztemológiai feltételezéseire. Az információfelhalmozás 1950-es évektől a mai digitális korig terjedő gyakorlatainak genealógiáját kutatom és oktatom. A tudás formái, módszerei és tartalma közti kapcsolat iránti érdeklődésem a képzőművészeti kutatás és a művészettörténet iránt is nyitottá tesz. A szemináriumjaimba beépítek filmvetítéseket és kiállításokat is mint kultúrtörténeti objektumokat és heurisztikus eszközöket, hogy a különböző módszerek és történeti perspektívák felőli gondolkozást sarkalljam. Ezzel a kulturális mezőkkel kapcsolatos kutatásom találkozik a tudáselméletek iránti friss érdeklődésemmel.

A 5-week intensive program at the Blinken OSA Archivum, focusing on public history, archives, and creative projects.

This course investigated the genealogies of the archives’ powers from their inception as state building projects to their metamorphosis into counter-sites of opposing authoritarian power and politics.

The 5-week internship at the Archivum consisted of lectures, guided walks in Budapest, and archival workshops. The students got acquainted with a critical toolkit that allowed them to deal with historical falsifications in the public sphere, from the urban landscape to archival corpora.

The course analyzed through certain key case studies ranging from 19th century archives to secret police, counterinsurgency, colonial and identity archives, the changing interaction between influential documentary practices, (counter-)state politics and history writing.
