The Khmer Rouge Terror
The collection contains 40 raw and edited television news reports, background material, and documentaries made between 1974 and 1998, on the four-year Khmer Rouge dictatorship under Pol Pot, which left between 1 and 4 million Cambodians dead. Materials include documentaries on the life and rule of Pol Pot, atrocities committed by the Khmer Rouge, a UNHCR film on Khao I Dang, once the largest refugee camp in the world, and a documentary film that contains rare archival images of work camps and Khmer Rouge propaganda films. There are also reports and raw footage of human rights abuses and activism.
