Mark joined Blinken OSA in 2016. While his main task is archival processing, over the past few years he has also curated digital archival collections, supervised interns, prepared a volume of archival materials for publication, written for Blinken OSA’s blog, translated catalog descriptions, and digitized thousands of paper documents. Mark holds a PhD in History from the University of Toronto, an MA in Central European History from Central European University, and an MA in International Relations from Bilkent University in Ankara. In his free time, Mark takes brisk walks in the woods around his home or just reads biographies of important and not so important historical figures of the 20th-century.
